Conversation With Life Coach Celeste Fernandez With Insight Guidance To The Grief Recovery Process

Most of us have experienced grief in some way. Whether it's losing a loved one, a change in your career, or even grieving your old self as you evolve and grow. I had the pleasure of speaking with Life Coach Celeste (Cece) Fernandez on this very topic. Cece is a life coach who specializes in Insight Guidance and Grief Recovery. She is devoted to breaking through social disruptions, opening the doors to more opportunities, and bringing inner peace to her clients. In this episode she shares her story and explains how the grieving process is different for everyone, and shows how to give light and love to those who are grieving around us.

As a former registered nurse, she found a passion for helping and caring for others. With the desire to expand her knowledge of helping people, she started working in a healthcare corporation which allowed her to work remotely with large groups of people. The experience was invaluable but she soon missed the personal interactions with her patients. Wanting to build on her customer service skills, she began work in retail along with restaurant management. It was a real confidence builder and propelled her into sales and marketing. The combination of her career and experience prepared her for her next life chapter – helping people grow and succeed in life.
