Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher is double board certified in both general and plastic surgery. Originally from Ireland she earned her medical degree from University College in Dublin, where she graduated in the top three percent of her class. Seeking world-class training, Dr. Gallagher then came to the United States, where she completed eight more years of intensive surgical training. Now a leader in the field of gender affirmation surgery, Dr. Gallagher has founded both the Eskenazi Health Transgender Health and Wellness Program, as well as the program at Indiana University Health. Today, she has her own practice in Miami, but she also reaches out to the LQBTQIA+ community with her incredible social media content answering important questions about trans health from a medical perspective. And because of what she does, we’re going to do this interview a little bit differently.

Prior to becoming Artistic Director of Women’s Project, Lisa was Artistic Line Producer at Manhattan Theatre Club and also worked at 13P and the McCarter Theatre Center.
