Spotify has announced the creation of the Africa Podcast Grant to bolster voices from the continent. The $100 000 fund is open to 10 creators, new or established. The grant, which was revealed last week during celebrations to mark Africa Day by the streaming platform in Johannesburg, South Africa, aims to amplify underrepresented stories and perspectives in podcasting.
