This one is a very yummy episode as Johnson & Kitty dive into the world of self-pleasure.

Kitty refers to the book “Come As You Are” again to highlight the fact that so many of us have felt at some point in our sexual journey that we aren’t “normal” because we aren’t experiencing orgasm ourselves or because our partner isn’t.
We explore the way we view our sex drive, fantasies, gender attraction etc. and how these are viewed as outside what we have been conditioned to see as “normal”.
We both think it is such an important point to keep bringing up - that we are all SO different, each with our own array of experiences and desires. The more we can learn about ourselves and sex, in general, the more confident in ourselves we can become!
We talk about the importance of knowing your own body. Being able to explore, without shame, the sensations you experience in your own sexuality offers you more comfort within yourself and the ability to have a deeper and more pleasurable experience with a lover. There is so much to be gained from knowing what turns you on, or off, and openly communicating that. Remember: Our partners can’t read our minds!
Johnson shares his view on the over-complication of women’s pleasure and the over-simplification of men’s pleasure. Kitty speaks into the variety of orgasms for women and how all pleasure is good pleasure. That there is no hierarchy of orgasms, unlike the glorification of particular orgasms that we can sometimes see through pornography.
Kitty gives some GREAT practical tools for anyone venturing into self-pleasure or anyone that wants to step further into their experiences with intention and conscious presence. She also shares what her personal self-pleasure currently looks like.
