Serial Napper

Chelsea Small was killed in cold blood while working at a cash advance store. Sounds like a cut-and-dry robbery right? Wrong. Some of the details in this case appear to point to a targeted killing. And the craziest part about all of this is that much like the Missy Bevers case, the killer was caught on video, very clearly. He was calm, unbothered even though he had just murdered a young woman. He has identifiable features and mannerisms, someone knows who this is and 2021 is the year he needs to be found.

On April 1st, 2008 Skye Lynn Budnick took a one-way flight to Japan. She was just 21 years old, she didn’t tell anyone she was planning to take this trip and she hasn’t been seen or heard from since. I had a listener send me this story because Skye’s sister Megan has become the most incredible advocate for her over on TikTok, sharing her story and experience and keeping Skye’s name out there. Tonight I’m covering a case that needs far more attention than it has received so far. 22 year old Justin Evans would be reported missing shortly before Christmas of 2020. His disappearance was highly suspicious to those who knew him and his family pushed for answers. Approximately 5 months later, Justin’s body would be discovered near his home and the police would say that they didn’t believe it was a homicide, which would leave either an accidental death or suicide. Once you hear the facts of the case, the stories told by the last people to see Justin and all of the lies and inconsistencies, you’re going to see why Justin’s family and friend’s have publicly pushed back against the police conclusions. And just today, there has been an important update in Justin Evan’s case that blows this whole thing wide open again.

More than three decades after 13-year-old Carrie Ann Jopek went missing after a house party, her killer would come forward to confess - saying that Carrie’s ghost had been haunting him ever since that fateful day. 13-year-old Dylan Redwine seemingly vanished in 2012 while having a court-ordered visit with his father over Thanksgiving weekend. Both Dylan’s mother and father, divorced for several years, appeared on the Dr. Phil show to get the word out about Dylan’s disappearance while also pointing their finger at each other. Dylan’s father believed the young teenager had simply run away, but his mother felt something more sinister happened. The truth would be beyond disgusting.
