Sensory W.I.S.E. Solutions Podcast for Parents

What'd you think of the episode? Send me a note!

When you have a neurodivergent child, most family gatherings, playdates or holiday parties can usually come with a lot of extra stress.
Maybe you have well-meaning friends or family who want to help during a meltdown. Or the judgey Aunt who always makes a comment about your child's diet.
Parents always ask me, how can they advocate for their child's needs and still show up to these family parties? Listen to this episode to find out my "script"

Behind the scenes: Morning routine

What'd you think of the episode? Send me a note!

If you follow me on instagram, you know that mornings before school are the hardest times for us. Now I'm letting you in to witness what a mostly typical morning sounds like for us.
In these audio clips, you'll hear my daughter struggle with her anxiety about clothes, her having a meltdown (and how I respond to the meltdown) + my processing of emotions after the morning meltdown.
At the end of the episode, you'll also hear me go through my process for "repairing" with her the next morning after having an extremely hard evening the night before.
