Let's be real homies, not everyone is motivated the same way. If you're just looking to hire people who are motivated the way you are, your company's going to straight up implode. We're just two impatient, ambitious gals who are actually terrified of being called lazy and so we will do everything in our power not to be. BUT everyone will have to work with someone who can fly under the radar and not pull their weight. And kudos to those people for hacking the system I guess?? But we'd still like to get our shit done.
