It's Christmas Eve. Ben gets his promotion to Sheriff. Amelia Harridge isn't dead, and an unlucky Mildred is the first to make this discovery. Liz remembers her grandmother, who was Josiah's assistant, kept a diary. LB finalizes the estate transfers for Issy, Drew and Sandra. Blake visits his grandfather and receives another scolding from Olivia. Drew shares a mysterious discovery in the cellar with Linda and Roxie, then later confronts Sandra after he "meets" his grandfather, Josiah Harridge. And Issy finds a dying Mildred in the Library.
