Welcome back to another episode of Pints with Pat. Today Pat announces that he'll be attending and keynoting at the IEB Conference in Texas. He goes into what he'll be talking about which is Clarity, Direction, and Purpose in the Fog. Pat goes into his background as well as the success of Yellowbird, flipping 400 houses, 1200 rentals and more. Everything was running very smooth until the Fed rose the interest rates, and since then things haven't been the same. He discussed the founders purpose shifted during that time and they realized flipping houses wasn't what they wanted to do the rest of their lives.

Welcome back to another episode of Pints with Pat. Pat and Alaina start off discussing her Get Social class and how branding on social media can really create an impact. Pat relates this to his personal life saying if he never wanted to grow or challenge himself, then he would be stuck and stagnant in all aspects. There is no growth in the comfort zone. He relates this concept with Aubrey Marcus, as he grew, his organization grew as well. Have you reflected on the work you've done in order to grow and level up? From here he discusses Jim Collins theory on Level 5 Leadership. The more value you provide, the more energy you'll receive which is reflected not just on yourself but everyone around you. It's not about you anymore, it's about your team. Leadership is developed through service and sacrifice. In order to have a successful team, it starts with a good leader. To wrap it up, Pat mentions if you are at your lid then your business will soon die. How are you going to become the leader your team needs? Reflect on that this week.

Welcome back to another episode of Pints with Pat. Today, Pat goes into detail about his Friday Thoughts email on struggle and change. When you are transitioning into a new venture, it's not only challenging but also very uncertain and can have an impact on your day to day. Not everyday is going to be the best day. He emphasizes that it takes time and anything worth having is going to be hard. It's very important to realize not everything is perfect and you won't be able to truly cherish the highs without the lows. During times of uncertainty, stay true to who you are and don't let the outside negativity affect your goals. Negative days are needed for anything worth it in the end. For joy to exist, there must be struggle, so learn how to embrace the struggle. And lastly Pat, ends it with this, "It's impossible to stop someone who refuses to quit."
