Second Reel Ep. 30 – The 5th Annual 24-Hour Ohio Horror Marathon

On This Episode: It’s time once again for Fat Guys friend Joe Neff to stumble into the Magical Studio in the Sky to discuss the yearly 24-hour Ohio Horror Marathon! Kevin introduces Joe as the Master of Scaremonies, though Joe prefers to be known as the Master of the World (even though that comes with a massive time commitment). Kevin and Joe look ahead to the films lined up for the 24-hour day of madness. The marathon this year runs from 12 noon October 26th until 12 noon October 27st at the Drexel Theater in Bexley, Ohio. Kevin and Joe dissect the line-up and also run off on tangents about Dario Argento, film vs. video, dream logic and 70s cinema. Kevin also tosses out his “Watergate questions” about the gnawing rumors surrounding the inclusion of trailers, the food situation and potential placement in the line-up.
