I want to walk through a few ways we can shift how we're thinking, what we're thinking about and what we're doing to stay positive while social distancing. I understand this is a challenging time for everyone and everyone's experiences through this may vary but, I do believe the more we shift what our minds are focused on the more we can control the positive outcomes we have during this time. Let's start some new challenging routines and habits that will strengthen our minds and bodies to come out of this mentally and physically stronger than ever!
