Zelos is a Hong Kong native, Cantonese-speaking, spring roll-eating guest who shares with us the intricacies of Yum Cha (Drink Tea) and how different Chinese foods have implications on cultural events within the Chinese household.

Spring rolls have filtered out into multiple countries, with each having its own version/adaptation of this yummy treat, from the expected Asian countries, to the unexpected Australian version!
