Santa Maybe, a Criminal is a limited true-crime satire podcast created by Jason Usry. This is the "First Day of Christmas" - "A Partridge in a Pine Tree"... When Santa Claus is provided hunch punch instead of his usual milk and cookies he finds himself on the other side of the law in a small south Georgia town. What's worse is... he's not just suspected of a DUI; he's suspected of vehicular manslaughter. The victim? Ruthie Barker Guest, a grandma delivering scuppernong preserves to her neighbors on County Line Road. Richie Buck, a pest control technician, carpenter and wise man in his church's Christmas program learns of this and is determined that Santa is innocent and should be freed. Head Elf, Jason Usry.
