In this episode of Road to Radical Visibility I share with you the #1 place to start when you want to begin to show up 100% as yourself unapologetically in your life with strength and confidence.
Speaking your truth and showing up as yourself can feel overwhelming and confusing and yet they are at the very core of becoming radically visible to yourself and others. Radical visibility isn't just speaking up when you are angry, frustrated or annoyed it is the ability to know how you want to interact energetically in the world and doing that 100% of the time independent of what others opinions, thoughts, feelings or expectations are. It requires us to develop self-respect. I believe when we act respectfully to ourselves we are respectful to others.
So many times throughout our lives we are taught to quiet our voices, to only speak when we are spoken to, to only contribute when you have something that will add value and it doesn't end there. This continues as we try to maintain our roles in family systems, jobs and friend groups. Redefining the way you want to be is scary, hard and can feel overwhelming and speaking up can feel like a risk and I want you to know you are not alone.
When you know what is a "yes please" and "no thank you" in your life you:
Show up as your authentic self,
Speak your truth without apology,
Know how you to respond instead of react,
Trust yourself to know the exact right timing,
Feel a deep calm within you, and
Your path becomes very clear.
There is an internal strength, knowing and fortitude that allows you to be passionate about your life and business.
You feel fulfilled and free.

You may not see yourself as a Unicorn but there is a part of you that is. When I was in Scotland earlier this year I found out that the Unicorn was their national animal. I was wondering why I felt so at home. 🙌 😂
You and I have been conditioned, taught, trained and assimilated into a culture that has oppressed our true way of being since the beginning of time, AND it’s time to put an end to all of it!
→You may have been taught not to shine.
→You may have been told you’re too much, too shy, too sensitive, too intimidating (I’ve been told all of the above) and more.
→You may have been judged for the way you dress, talk, smile, who you love.
or
→You may have been shamed for just being you.
There are a million things we are taught to shame, judge and blame ourselves for and it’s time to break free from it all.

Kendall shares her journey of being a political journalist covering the tumultuous 2016 Trump presidential election and finding herself at a crossroads of identity, "seeing my own truth mirrored in the stories I was reporting, yet constrained by the professional need to keep personal opinions out of the narrative".
In this episode of Road to Radical Visibility we unpack the intricate interplay of personal and professional lives with Kendall, a former political journalist and now community manager. Kendall, a Philadelphia native now living in Tel Aviv with her wife, shares her journey of self-trust that led her to here truth about her sexuality and later transition to the tech world.

Your value and meaning in your life is not determined by the things you do, the money you make, what others think of you or by the things others have taught you to think about yourself. Full stop.
The value and meaning you feel in your life is created by your ability to create and return back to YOUR wholeness. To honor your truest way of being without shame, fear, doubt, guilt.
In this episode Rachel is sharing three ways that you can begin to return to your own wholeness and allow yourself to feel value and meaning in every part of your life and business.
I was meeting with a client recently and she said this.
*"Rachel, I feel like the barrier that is holding me back from being fully
myself and feeling good about my life and happy about my life. And like I can be myself. Is that I feel fundamentally flawed. She went on to say, I cannot recognize that I have much meaning or value. That I mean something to people beyond the superficial things that I do for them."*

We have been taught and even trained to believe that what we do and accomplish in this world makes us worthy of __________ (you can fill in the blank).
Throughout my whole life I tried to live up to the expectations of others. To do the thing, be the way that I was told was right, appropriate, better, more "lady like". This started the cycle of me cutting off, shoving down and attempting to eliminate parts of me that were "less valuable" to our society and the systems that exist within it.
I looked outside of myself for answers. Another course, strategy, funnel, business group or product could not do the healing. To heal I needed to deep dive into my own self and return back to wholeness.
That way of being where the inside was my strongest compass. Where I could be myself and know exactly what was right for me at any given moment and time. The feeling of safety I had always wanted.

✅Your desire to show up fully as you needs to be realized.
