[Rewind Episode] Andray and Maisha Stroud are a husband and wife co-host team at I Don’t Do Toilets Podcast. They are passionate about helping other GenX’ers decrease their debt and increase their income so that they can retire early and comfortably. They tried their hands at being landlords but found it was a huge headache. So they focus on more passive investments such as seller financing real estate and investing in the stock market. They own a franchise which keeps them very active and she manages a team dedicated to maintaining oil and gas assets at a company in Houston. Their goal is to live off of passive income and retire comfortably so they can dedicate more time to their church, daughters, extended family, and travel!
In this episode you’ll learn:

  • How they worked out their differences as a saver and a spender
  • Their journey to paying off 200k of debt as a team
  • How they use vision boards to help them accomplish their goals
  • Tips for couples to get on the same page
