Initially, the company was a consulting firm for general contractors, but this quickly evolved to a remodeling company named “Rutger Contracting.” And for about a year and a half, their sole focus was to be a general contractor, but once they started getting hired by real estate investors to remodel their properties, RJ knew he had found his true passion. In 2014, RJ and his team began investing in real estate, specializing in wholesaling properties and house flipping. But on January 1, 2015, he dissolved Rutger Contracting, with their sole source of revenue now being real estate investing. And so, Titanium Investments was born. So far, Titanium Investments has bought and sold over $75 million of real estate in 10 different states. And while their main focus is on wholesaling investment properties, they also do rehab projects, rental properties, owner financing, and vacation rentals. Since then, they have expanded the company to have offices in Phoenix, Arizona, and Kaneohe, Hawaii.
