After completing his apprenticeship with Dane Rawlins, Joe returned to his roots in Kent and became the yard manager and rider for a local dressage rider. This achievement fueled his drive to further develop his skills, leading him to receive regular training from renowned experts Damian Hallam and Paul Fielder since 2015.
