Sea of Thieves PVE Servers Are Coming, But Not Really

When the Sea of Thieves Season 10 release date arrives, it will add Sea of Thieves Safer Seas which is basically the long requested Sea of Thieves PVE servers, but not exactly. My experience with Sea of Thieves gameplay has always driven me to hope for PVE Servers.

In a recent Sea of Thieves blog as well as the director taking to Twitter, they explain what Safer Seas is supposed to be for the community. Those who love Sea of Thieves PVP gameplay think anything focused on purely PVE is a threat to the game. Let's discuss the game's future and why this could be good but is ultimately disappointing.

Sea of Thieves is a 2018 action-adventure game developed by Rare and published by Microsoft Studios. The game was released in March 2018 for Windows and Xbox One; it was one of the earliest first-party games released for Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
