In this episode I discuss boundaries - what they are, what they’re not, why they’re necessary and how they actually SUPPORT connection & healthy relationships.
Boundaries are critical for us in all relationships - intimate, life-partner relationships, family of origin relationships, parenting, co-parenting relationships, even (especially) with a difficult, toxic or narcissistic ex after divorce.
I lead you through the simple 5 step process I use with my relationship coaching and divorce coaching clients to support them to define, set and HOLD their boundaries, without feeling like a B%$#h.
If you're ready to take your next best step in creating the relationship you truly desire, uncoupling or divorcing without the drama, let's chat. Book your FREE call directly in my calendar.

LGBTIQA+ & RAINBOW FAMILIES - Creating emotionally safe access to family law services

Rainbow Families and members of the LGBTQIA+ community face a variety of challenges and unique circumstances when it comes to family law.
Historically, family law has operated under heteronormative assumptions, considering male-female relationships and traditional family structures as the norm.
Hence there are remaining biases that influence the way our family law system treats members of LGBTQIA+ families and/or the perception LGBTIQA+ members have of the family law system.
This is a guest episode with Catherine Giles, who is a partner at Nicholes Family Law, based in Victoria.
Nicholes Family Lawyers are committed to ensuring access to justice for the LGBTIQA+ community and specialises in providing legal guidance for its members. Nicholes advise their LGBTIQA+ clients on various legal matters including donor agreements, parentage, assisted reproduction and IVF.
