Episode 111; Healing Series, Part 5: My Story, After Dark Edition

Hello, loves. Welcome to Episode 111. In this episode, I dive more deeply and intimately into my healing journey, sharing more details of my past, which informed my healing significantly.

Releasing this episode stretches me and is uncomfortable, but I have sensed for a long time that this episode needs to be recorded and released. It is time to speak out and become louder and louder about the nuances of abuse that is almost accepted as normal. But guess what...if it triggers you into a constant state of fear and fight or flight, it isn't normal or ok.

So it is my intention to share my story of abuse in order to give more context and understanding of healing. Because when we share our stories, more people will relate, resonate, and feel compelled to heal themselves, and it can help change our ancestral line and end the shame cycle, for good.

As I always say in the podcast, In order for the world to change, we need to change. We need to heal as individuals, now more than ever.

It is my intention that this episode will be enlightening and inspirational in your journey toward healing.
