This episode features Dr. Philip Keiser, MD. He attended medial school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He went on to complete his internal medicine residency at Hopkins Bayview Hospital before returning to the University of Maryland for his infectious disease fellowship. Dr. Keiser now serves at Local Health Authority for Galveston County and a professor of infectious disease at UTMB. His main area of interest and research is HIV in which he has been responsible for the establishment of many HIV clinics throughout East Africa.
