As we cover in the beginning, patriarchal has nothing to do with gender, in fact men are suffering deeply because of the patriarchal systems. This system has created duality, separation and a deep ingrained fear program in all of us.
It is time to break free from this program, and we can.
Learn in this conversations very simple practices, habits and models of how we take our power back without fighting and recreate balance at the same time. We take our power back through kindness, through conversations, through self love and by taking the attention way from this old out dated model. Enough is enough.
Fear was an ally when we were running way from tigers. We no longer need fear.
