As every spiritual master, teacher, guru knows, you never forget the basics, the things you learned as a novice. He understands that no matter what level of skill you’ve attained, it’s good to occasionally go back to the roots of your practice.

In this class, the basics take the form of scanning, psychometry and assimilation. Eric offers helpful suggestions and sound advice for strengthening your skills in these areas. It is vital that these techniques become second nature in order to form a strong foundation. The grandest structures in this world would crumble if not for a strong foundation. As Eric explains, without a fundamental understanding of these techniques, your spiritual practices will suffer the same fate as a skyscraper with a weak foundation.
