Monica Quintero-DeVlaeminck is an up-and-coming health coach who has spent the last several decades as a connoisseur of life experiences and a professional overcomer, even more so after the loss of her mother to cancer at 18 years old.
Monica is a Latina single mother, who, with God’s grace and guidance, graduated with honors from Cañada College in 1996 with a degree in radiology. Monica was blessed with various eclectic leadership and teaching experiences in radiology, dance and English as a Second Language.
These experiences, along with being bilingual and multicultural, have allowed her to travel the world to over 14 countries, serving and giving back to others, as she has lived her life overflowing with an abundance of purpose and vitality.
Monica’s present calling is in helping others who struggle with adopting a healthy lifestyle. As a health coach, she taps into her own life and work experiences, as well as her past struggles with health, in an empathetic and powerful way.

Jesslyn McCutcheon is a member of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) NW Piedmont and the AACC (American Association of Christian Counseling). Through NAMI Jesslyn is a Certified National Helpline Specialist, Peer to Peer Mentor, and speaks for NAMI IOOV (In Our Own Voice) and NAMI FaithNet presentations. Through the AACC, Jesslyn is a board certified mental health coach. Since being diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder 24 years ago, she actively advocates and speaks regarding mental illness. Her ministry, Fighting Goliath for Mental Illness helps people of any age, race, religion, or income who live with mental illness overcome the struggle and fear of not living a fulfilled life based upon biblical scripture, our own lived experience, and mental health resources. Jesslyn is currently in the process of writing her first book on her mental health journey and how her relationship with God gives her the armor she needs to stay on her feet and in recovery. Along with knowing how to take care of herself and recognizing the red flags. Jesslyn’s passion is speaking on the importance of spirituality and faith and why it is so important for churches to embrace a stigma-free mental health culture. Jesslyn is a member of First Baptist King and is an active part of singing on the praise team and choir. Jesslyn, her husband Jason and three daughters, Isabella, Selah, and Abigail reside in Stokes county, NC. Along with their dog, Shandi.

Tiffany Jones lost her mom January, 2022 to Ovarian Cancer. This is after losing her father to cancer a few years earlier. It was these losses that gave her the awareness that you "Can't say Someday Forever" with this realization, Tiffany decided that she was going to take Sean Swarner up on his offer to Climb Kilimanjaro to Kick Cancer's Butt!
Tiffany Jones is a 51 year old mom of 2 that climbed Kilimanjaro to kick Cancers Butt!
When her Go Fund me was funded by GrapeNuts it propelled her to get in gear and make the trek to Africa. Soon after she was diagnosed with breast cancer and determined to continue her journey she had surgery before she went and climbed to 15,000 feet of elevation in Tanzania.
At 15000 ft Tiffany fell and became hypoxic, she had to choose to go down the mountain. It was those 2 days that her team was still hiking that she Came down and connected with a small school in Moshi, Tanzania and is now creating mission trips to support the schools, teachers and community.
After returning from Africa, she has had a year through her cancer; Chemotherapy, Double Mastectomy, Radiation and is now in active recovery.
In honor of her parents, Tiffany has begun her Non Profit - PatchWorks Inc. that will be bringing people with her to support the Kili Hope Orphanage and Zara Charities.
