Interesting to look back on an interview with Mark Starling, News Anchor at wwnc570am when the effects of Covid were starting to take place. 9 months later, our inventory is still historically low - there are SO few homes out there for sale, and interest rates are still very low. We just don't know when all the job losses and the millions of folks behind on their mortgage and rent is going to start having an effect, as both categories are still effectively protected. The economic cycle is called cycle for a reason - ups and downs are cyclical, and we are 2-3 years overdue for a market shift.
