Reading with Libraries Podcast

We are a book group podcast, looking at a new genre each week. We enjoy a beverage that matches the theme of the episode, we talk about some books we like with our Guest Hosts, and we share resources for finding more books. We work in a library system, and many of our guests work in libraries - so we have a lot of fun books to share! Grab a beverage, and let's start talking about books!

This season we are moving through the state of Minnesota, looking at an interesting fact about each county and giving you a book prompt from that fact. We will share six book suggestions to meet that prompt, to get you started on reading new books. You can also take that prompt and find any other book to meet the challenge! This week we admire Lac qui Parle County. Lac qui parle is a French phrase meaning "lake which talks". To celebrate that meaning, read a book set in France or with a French character.
