A man who remained fairly unknown in mainstream fashion until 2016 when Gucci released a collection in partnership with him and bearing his name. He started his fashion journey selling clothes from the trunk of his car and -after a long journey- ended up partnering with one of the biggest names in fashion. Rae chose Dapper Dan because he is the perfect example of how fashion and culture intertwine. He stayed true to his roots and used fashion to celebrate his culture, to serve his culture, and ultimately to share his culture with the world. Hope you enjoy it!
