On todays show:

Does Lara pee with too much velocity?

Is it a problem? Or is Sarah actually chronically dehydrated and jealous?

We discuss the Apothecary that Jaime brought to Mexico including the black tar Shilajit, and other health hacks.

How Jaime is helping Demi prepare her body for having a baby (which will be Jaime’s new niece or nephew) in a very kind, caring, sister in law way. So loving!!!

How to add Liver to your diet to help support your hormones.

We get juicy about bleeding, why menstrual cups may not be the right choice for you, and how to intuitively bleed.

You can find Jaime at www.originmotherandchild.com, and @originmotherandchild

She is a passionate advocate for improving prenatal, birth + postpartum care for all. She would like to see access to pelvic physical therapy become normalized throughout the lifecycle for all people, and especially in the postpartum time.

Improving egg quality in pre-conception:

The pathway to conception begins long before we conceive. This is because it takes roughly

three months for an egg to mature within the ovary leading up to ovulation. For those planning

to conceive, there is an opportunity to influence egg quality in the 3 months prior to ovulation.

Some ways to support egg quality include making simple but supportive diet and lifestyle

changes. In the pre-conception time, consuming animal-based protein (including eggs, muscle

and organ meats, organic raw or A2 dairy), reducing processed foods and sugars and other

known inflammatory sources like polyunsaturated fats (like canola oil), and alcohol. Pre-

conception lifestyle changes include include reducing stress, supporting your nervous system

health, and prioritizing quality sleep. Trading in high intensity exercise like HIIT workouts for a

more moderate alternative should also be considered since vigorous exercise is a stressor to

the body. Additional supplements may also be considered and are best used on a individual

basis. I always suggest working with a care provider who specializes in supporting pre-

conception and conception like an acupuncturist or naturopath.

Other supplements I love and use daily to support my female physiology include: *** if you would like the links to any of the below please email us at [email protected]
