Keyoncé has a B.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Mississippi and a Master's Degree in Sociology with a focus in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan. They have extensive professional experience in Higher Education, as well as independent consultation work with creative entrepreneurs and organizations. McKensie is the former Executive Director of one of the largest social justice projects on Wikipedia and recently completed research with Ellen Pao, former interim CEO of Reddit, and machine learning designer and researcher, Caroline Sinders, on the dynamics of harm and repair in the remote workplace.
