alone, but not lonely (never being in a relationship)

i don't know why it's so normalised and integrated into society that not being in a relationship automatically equates to sadness and feeling unloved. I have a multitude of love beams in my life, my friends and family love me, my pets love me.. i don't feel like theres a void in my life where love is missing and i must find it, im content.
