Manni Chopra is the co-founder of The Chopra Property Group, which is focused on property investment and development.
Chopra Property Group has two Directors, namely Romey Chopra and Manni Chopra, a husband and wife team. Between them, they have a combined experience of 25+ active years in Property refurbishments, conversions, and development.
Manni's main business is to find, analyze, and execute property refurbishment and development projects using a combination of her own and private investor funds. They have completed over 15+ projects in Reading, Slough, and Bracknell and always looking for more land and development opportunities in Berkshire, South Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and the surrounding areas, focusing on growth areas and more recently along the Crossrail route.
Following a recent Covid19 business review, Manni and her team will focus on the following strategies:
1. Build to rent: To build out small & medium size new build schemes of up to 30 mixed-use and residential schemes.
2. Commercial to residential conversions: To convert existing office and retail buildings to residential or mixed-use.
