omchil is the Chief Strategy Officer at CleverTap, a leading customer engagement platform. He is a visionary leader passionate about building & advising startups. He is a leading expert on user engagement & retention, sharing expertise as a TEDx speaker and industry thought leader.
Prior to CleverTap, Momchil was the co-founder of Leanplum (acquired by CleverTap). As the CEO, he grew the company to 100+ employees with offices on 3 continents. He was recognized as Founder of the Year by the Central European Startup Awards and has been featured on the cover of Forbes Magazine. Under his leadership, Leanplum was ranked a Top 3 Best Place to Work in the Bay Area.
Before Leanplum, Momchil was a senior software engineer at Google where he launched multiple quality improvements to YouTube’s ranking & monetization algorithms. He built some of the core A/B testing infrastructure for featured videos and delivered millions of dollars in additional revenue to help YouTube become profitable.
Momchil has an M.S. in Software Engineering & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a triple major in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Computational Science from the State University of New York at Brockport.

Platform has investors from 134 countries and is awarded as the Best European Fintech startup in 2017. Meet my podcast guest - Viktoriya Blazheva. Viktoriya wears many hats: she is FVP in a leading bank, responsible for its communications strategy, events management, corporate culture, brand management, online communications, sustainability and CSR strategy, sponsorship, and donations, executive, internal and external communications. She has also assumed additional responsibilities as the leader of the local roll-out of a new initiative of the bank – social impact banking. Among Viktoriya’s other hats are several board memberships in professional organizations and NGOs such as Trust for social achievement, Harvard Club of Bulgaria, etc. She is also a lecturer on corporate communications at the Bulgarian branch of London School of PR, and a speaker on marketing, communications, social entrepreneurship, among others.

Prior to working in a bank, Viktoriya was a journalist in a leading business newspaper "Capital Weekly". She has continued to write for media outlets also during her banking career. Along with that, she founded the initiative The C-Suite Minimalists as part of her MBA dissertation at Warwick Business School. More recently she started a blog and YouTube channel "Victory Corners", which runs the theme about minimalism and productivity to support “people’s small and big victories in work and life”. Moreover, Viktoriya recently co-authored an e-book on how to efficiently work from home.
