This episode Mar Mason, Co-founder of the CheckRock basketball league and clinic, has come to crash the party. He keeps it a 100 with the ladies and lets them know what is takes for a woman to be is VERY IMPORTANT PERSON. Mar talks about women nagging in relationships, along with what kind of women he finds to be the most clingy.

They even get into some deeper issues with Mar around being a black man in society and how he feels he has been received by black women, in the workplace or even just walking down the street. Mar also comments on the topic from last episode on if a woman doesn't go out, does it make her more or less "Wifey Material". The ladies answer some listener's questions this episode. One in particular concerns Ashley and her Celibacy update. Is she still holding on to her C card? This question somehow leads into a hilarious "For the D" challenge that will have you in tears from laughing so hard.

The ladies also discuss the recent Dove controversy and their take on the whole ordeal.

The main topic for this episode is "WOMEN VS WOMEN". As women we all have our insecurities and we all have found ourselves jealous or envious of another woman at some point. However, why is it always one group of women verse another group of women? Such as, the woman who is a homebody talking down to the woman who goes out with her friends on the weekend, Or the woman who's hair is natural talking down about a woman who wears a weave and so on and so forth. The ladies touch on their thoughts around this and Khadijah shares a recent Facebook incident that made her feel as though she was being talked down to, as a woman with a child. As usual, Its none of your business....BUT we gonna talk about it ANYWAY!

The ladies will discuss this question from all angles.

Second round topic, we are still discussing friends of the opposite sex. The ladies discuss how they feel about their partner having a best friend or friends of the opposite sex. This topic is sensitive for some of the ladies and the dialogue around this is not only relatable but hilarious. Happy Hour: The ladies are sipping on a Strawberry Sparkletini as they catch up. Ashley had a family Emergency and could not join the party. Kiaya, Tasha, and Khadijah discuss a recent episode from Being Mary Jane and how it touched on their Mad Black Woman episode. Tash has an exciting announcement to make!

Another Round: The ladies have a brand NEW segment!

During the Another Round segment the ladies discuss multiple topics.

Topic 1 is entitled "Autumn Leaves". Kiaya brings up how the transition into the fall season makes her reflect on the next phase in life. The ladies talk about how they decipher what relationships, friendships, habits, etc. to move forward with and what should be left behind. Khadijah and Tasha each share their own personal experiences with letting go of friendships and being the friend who was actually dismissed.

Topic 2 is entitled "soft as teddy bear but hard as a rock". When us women give our men our ass to kiss why do we expect him to look past the attitude, and still show us affection and vulnerability? Kiaya, Khadijah, and Tasha all admit to being guilty of this. They discuss there personal experience with this, how they have changed their approach, and the outcome from it all.

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere; the ladies are back catching up on life. Sparkling wine in the cutest, “light weight” champagne flutes set the mood for a discussion about, letting go of that attractive man or woman that’s no good for you. This leads to a larger discussion about insecurity and how your partner’s issues can weigh you down. They also get into biggest turn offs and turn ons when it comes to the opposite sex. Jeff is back again, filling in for Tasha as he holds in his laughs waiting for the cue to speak. Khadijah shares a real life issue about taking on other peoples baggage, especially when it comes to siblings or extended family. Resentment, jealousy and unresolved childhood issues always seem to create a divide. Ashley and Kiaya weigh in with their perspective and realize that Jay-z said it best, “nobody wins when the family feuds”. We know somebody can relate! Let's get this party started!
