In our first President's Chapel of 2023, Rev. Guy Gabriel encourages our students to share the gospel with others. Rev. Guy affirms, "Sharing the Gospel will bring you adversity because the enemy doesn't like when we try to win people for Christ. Nevertheless, we must face whatever adversity that comes our way because it is for the sake of the Gospel." Using Acts 1 and a personal story, Rev. Guy shares the importance of sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with the world.

In our last President's Chapel of Fall 2022, Dr. Fred Antonelli shares about Christmas and its true meaning. He reminds us through the various prophecies found in the Old Testament, the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was born under hard circumstances in a city that wasn't counted for much. Dr. Antonelli reminds the students about the humanity of Jesus. He affirms that although Jesus was fully God, He was also fully human. His humanity was on full display during his time on earth. He slept, got hungry, wept, got angry, and tired. Nevertheless, He is the Prince of Peace. He was given to us as a peace offering for our sins. He died, resurrected, and is coming back for us. Jesus and his redemptive work on the cross are the meaning of Christmas. He became human to give humanity hope and a future. Jesus is the reason for this season.

Dr. Fred Antonelli teaches the importance of brokenness and how the Lord uses it to bring His life to us. He states, "Brokenness can lead us to dependency on the Lord if we choose to trust Him no matter what." Dr. Antonelli uses the imagery of Jesus breaking bread at the last supper to signify the physical brokenness he was going to endure at the cross. Dr. Antonelli reminds us that Jesus' brokenness brought everlasting life to all those who believe in Him.
