Marc, Emrys, and Kevin are joined by guest host Jeremy Johnson from the Qoopa Klub podcast to talk about the Game Boy Advance games released for the second Mega May. Mega Man and his arch-rival Bass face off against King. Is Jeremy all about that Mega Man and Bass? Emrys traverses the internet in Mega Man Battle Network 3. Does he enjoy his time spent with MegaMan.EXE or would he rather execute the character? When Kevin puts his skills to the test in Mega Man Zero 2, does he prove to be a hero or a Zero? And is there any real difference in this particular game? To end the Mega Man retro extravaganza, Marc takes his turn in control of the NetNavi MegaMan.EXE in Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun. Welcome to the Portable Power Podcast’s Halloween Spooktacular! This episode the guys focus on scary portable games beginning with a conversation about favorite titles that caused sleep loss and lights to burn all night from years gone by. Once the reviews start, Marc feels insecurity with Five Nights at Freddy’s for iOS. Emrys tries to recreate a society while putting the shambling dead back in the ground in Rebuild for Android. Kevin gives his review of the Pokemon Trading Card game for iPad because, really, what is more frightening than Pokemon if you think about it? Finally, Marc finishes out the episode with an Our Portable Past segment that revolves around Castlevania: Circle of the Moon.

This episode, Emrys kicks off the review train and solves the world’s (math) problems in Calculords for Android. Marc behaves poorly and takes a trip to bullet hell in Gemini Strike for iOS. Lightning may be unable to strike twice, but Mighty Gunvolt and Azure Striker Gunvolt both strike Kevin out of the blue. Finally, Emrys finishes out the episode with fond reminiscences of medical malpractice in Trauma Center: Under the Knife.
