Pat Russo is currently the President and CEO of Chef’s Choice Food Distributor in Brooklyn NY. He is also the Director of both the NYPD Boxing Team, the Atlas-NYPD Cops & Kids Boxing Program and is a retired NYPD Sgt.
While serving with the NYPD, Pat developed a Narcotic Problem solving program called the Narcotics Enforcement Initiative, the program was so effective, he was asked to train every Precinct located within NYC on the various techniques to eliminate chronic, problem Narcotic Locations.
Also while serving with the NYPD, Pat Founded the Cops & Kids Boxing Program within his Precinct. He started this program to build a positive relationship between Neighborhood Police Officers and Local Youth. The program also provided the youth with a positive alternative to gangs, drug abuse and other criminal activity. Many of the members of this program went on to become NYPD Officers.
