Tony Pantalleresco has been somebody that has been on our radar for a long time. I’ve been familiar with his Youtube video for a long time and have learned a lot of interesting health tips from them.

After many listeners emailed me asking to have Tony on I had to invite him on and have a good conversation. You’ll notice that during the show we got cut off from Skype a couple of times but we managed to stick with it and hopefully provide you some health tips that can help you in your life.

We talked about geo-engineering and how that’s affecting the worldwide weather patterns that we see going on today. We also talked about HARP and and lots of interesting ideas surrounding his thoughts about geo-engineering.

Part of the geo-engineering plan and weather modification as it’s also called are chemtrails. I’ve heard both sides of the chemtrail debate for many years so I asked Tony what he thought about a popular argument from people who “debunk” (I hate that word) the idea of chemtrails.

Their claim is that the only reason there is what they just call “smoke” coming from the back of airplanes is because the plane changes altitude and this effects air pressure causing what we see as lines in the sky. You’ll want to hear Tony’s thoughts about that.

We discussed nano particles in depth. If you aren’t familiar with nano particles you’ll learn all about what they are, where they come from and most importantly how the affect our health in a negative way.

We also discussed Fukushima and the idea of the West coast of Northern America being exposed to higher amounts of toxic radiation.

You’ll also love what he has to say about organic food and what you should do to treat the food you do buy. Should you eat the skins of fruits? Is that dangerous? Do skins contain fluoride, chlorine or nanoparticles?

[include file=get-in-itunes.html] Fitness expert and nutritionist Shawn Stevenson and author of The Fat Loss Code ebook and video program joined us to talk about how to lose weight in a way that supports your body.

As you can imagine I get sent products all the time to try out and test and I really take a long hard look at them before we promote them to our listeners. I will not compromise your trust of us by promoting just anything. Having met with Shawn in person a while back Kate and I got to know him personally. I could tell right away that his entire mission in life is to help people. I love meeting people like that.

After having gone through The Fat Loss Code I have to say I was VERY impressed with all the information. Shawn really knows his stuff and talk alot about things you’ll never hear about online or in the mainstream media.

I often wonder when I’ve watched shows like Celebrity Fit Club and The Biggest Loser about how basic they are. They don’t talk at all about organ health, thyroid health, liver health, hormone levels or anything. They completely ignore xeno estrogens (which can cause weight gain, and some think even cancer) or exposures to chemicals and how to rid the body of these things so that our hormone levels work right which in turn creates a faster metabolism.

You can’t expect to lose weight with organs that don’t work properly. On the other hand I guess you could if you work out hard enough and have good looking trainers scream and yell at you to create “made for tv” drama.

It’s all backwards in our society with just about everything. So when I saw Shawn Stevenson’s Fat Loss Code Problem focusing on training and education about how the different body systems work, I was really happy to see that. It’s pretty entertaining also.

During the show we talked about the liver and how having a properly functioning liver can help aid in fat loss tremendously. Most people overlook that. We also spoke about his story of having degenerative disc disease (he had the discs of an 80 year old man!) and how he overcame that with diet and targeted nutrition.

Another interesting topic we spoke briefly about was this idea of having a “story”. You see everybody has a story as to why they are where they are in life. But once we realize that it’s just a ‘story’ and it’s not in fact ‘us’ then we can move beyond that and start living life the way we want to.

    Sara Banta from Accelerated Health Products joined us on the show today to talk about her own health journey as well as silver and the ketogenic diet.

    We originally got turned on to her off the air from our former guest Ken Rohla. He mentioned to me that we really needed to have Sara on the show.

    He also mentioned to me some pretty bold claims regarding her silver product that I’m not at liberty to share publicly. Ken’s comment regarding the specific type of silver that Sara sold (made using scalar technology so it’s not colloidal) has to do with a specific effect it has on the body.

    For those that are long time listeners you might know what I’m talking about if you read between the lines. Now just to be safe, I am not saying her silver can do anything and neither is she. We’re just talking about anecdotal experiences with using it.

    With that said many people think colloidal silver is the way to go and it’s all about getting the silver ions into the smallest particle size possible.

    Using proprietary scalar technology we’re dealing more with frequency and vibration more than physical matter. How they make the accelerated silver is unknown to me so I can’t comment on that.

    After we were done talking about all the many health benefits of scalar silver, scalar platinum and scalar gold we discussed the benefits of the ketogenic diet while using silver.

    We’ve all heart of eating more healthy fats and avoiding processed carbs and sugars but not really using the ketogenic diet combined with this type of scalar silver.

    We discussed how silver helps to clean the blood, detoxify heavy metals, parasites and more. Then we also talked about how the keto diet helps to keep everything in balance and regulated.

    While eating a keto diet and using silver she also puts many of her patients on a type of colon cleansing protocol which works perfectly with the keto and silver protocols.

    This was a fascinating show with Sara Banta.

    Matthew Stein joined us and we had a great time.

    Are you prepared in case some kind of disaster strikes? Kate and I aren’t as prepared as we want to be and after listening to Matthew talk about everything we’re going to start getting more prepared.

    For those that don’t know he’s the author of When Technology Fails as well as When Disaster Strikes.

    We talked a lot about the importance of having survival skills and knowing how to live off the land. Obviously these are skills that are very helpful but also very time consuming to learn.

    We realize there are going to be many people who aren’t interested in taking an outdoor survival class but maybe those people would like to purchase some emergency items. The point is to do what you can and as much as you can.

    We never know when our current comfortable lifestyles will be interrupted.

    We talked a lot of the show about natural prevention methods for the ebola virus that’s become a pandemic in some parts of the world. We discussed ways to prevent this horrible virus as well as steps to take should you think you could be infected.

    The chat room was going crazy with people asking questions, talking to one another and asking Matthew lots of questions as well.

    This was a really fun show and as you know, the name of the game is prevention. I believe it’s important to be prepared but not put your intention on negativity and Matthew Stein has an incredibly optimistic approach to life that’s infectious but he’s also pragmatic in his thinking.

    We don’t want to focus on fear but we also don’t want to bury our heads in the sand and ignore important topics like ebola and preparedness.

    In our culture food is associated with emotions of all kinds. We turn to comforting foods like ice cream and processed sugary carbohydrates during times of stress and emotional upheaval.

    The real problem here is not the food so much as the state we’re in when we eat it as well as the real reason why we’re craving something that’s actually killing us. Aren’t we humans strange?

    We want to consume the very thing that’s going to cause us to cease to exist. Is it me or is that strange? It’s one thing to eat poison knowing it’s going to kill you in some kind of act of suicide. At least the person knows what they’re doing.

    But in today’s culture we have this strange addictive relationship with food. Because of the emotional addiction to unhealthy food, it’s the emotional issue that must first be dealt with on an energetic level.

    And who better to have help us with this issue of emotional eating than Dr. Bradley Nelson himself?

    The subtleties are vast and amazing when it comes to food and emotional eating. Did you know that if your mom was pregnant with you and had an emotion of terror while she was eating peanut butter for example, then when (as a child) you experience that same emotional feeling, you could begin to manifest some kind of allergy to peanut butter?

    Emotional blockages can be passed down from generations of family from hundreds of years ago. Because everything is simply vibration there is no physical form that the energy in an emotional state is actually in. So this emotional blockage can be passed from mother to child with no degradation whatsoever.

    Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is rampant in our culture and this issue has at its root (as does most disease in the body) emotional blockages in the body. Did you know that trapped emotions can actually change the position and shape of our physical internal organs?

    When you get rid of the trapped energetic emotions in your physical body, you’ll start to notice big changes in your health and life. There are ways to release these emotions using The Emotion Code system as well as The Body Code System.

    According to Dr. Nelson all disease has 6 underlying causes.

    1.) Pathogens (viruses, bacteria, fungus, mold, yeast)
    2.) Misalignments (Lack of proper alignment of the body structure blocking meridians)
    3.) Poor nutrition (Not enough vitamins, minerals, enzymes)
    4.) Toxicity (Chemical exposure, plastics, chemtrails, smog etc)
    5.) Poor circuitry (Blocked meridian systems)
    6.) Lack of Energy (Not enough energy to promote healing and health)

    [include file=get-in-itunes.html] Dr. Terry Wahls M.D. is a true inspiration of what’s possible if you’re willing to put in the work. She was diagnosed with progressive multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2000 and was in a wheelchair for 4 years. Can you imagine losing the ability to walk or ambulate the way you have your whole life, at the age of 52? Imagine yourself with that kind of diagnosis.

    What would you do? Would you resign yourself to what others tell you (specifically doctors) that you won’t be able to do anymore? What if you have kids and a family? Not only will you be unable to care for them, but you won’t even be able to do the simplest of functions for yourself.

    Losing your quality of life, your freedom and most significantly your ability to take care of yourself was not in the cards for Dr. Terry Wahls. During this dark time in her life she decided to stop being a victim and figure out the answers to questions that nobody seemed to ask. She decided to pioneer a life for herself that nobody up until her had ever embarked upon before. And with any adventure not only is there risk but there’s also lots of uncertainty and doubt.

    When you listen to the interview you’ll hear her talk about these doubts and lack of surety as to whether or not the dietary principles she formulated (in the Wahls Protocol) would even work.

    Human beings seem to like the idea of modeling in order to achieve something. But those that are successful at the greatest achievements in our time, often do so without the ability to model somebody else. This is why their achievements are so great.

    Dr. Terry Wahls had nobody to model. She had nobody to ask questions to, that had any real life experience with defeating or overcoming progressive multiple sclerosis. This is a disease that debilitates you. People die from and nobody seems to know why it’s happening, what’s going on inside the body, what causes it, how to prevent it or what to do if you’ve been diagnosed with it.

    Until now...

    Dr. Terry Wahls is doing something that shouldn’t be happening. As she says on the show, she’s not “cured” yet....yet being the operative word. But she’s improving at an alarming rate. For most patients suffering from multiple sclerosis, success is usually determined by the ability to slow the progression of the disease.

    Think about that. That’s like being a batter in baseball when you’re considered “successful” if you fail 70% of the time when you’re at the plate. In a regular patients case, success is slowing the inevitable.

    How sad.

    Dr. Terry Wahls took it 2 steps further. She not only slowed the progression of her MS, it’s appearing as though she’s stopped the decline all together. There’s a big difference between “slowing” a disease and “stopping” it. Then she’s taking it a 2nd step further, it’s appearing as though she’s starting to regain function, mobility and a quality of life she lost as a result of the internal scarring and damage caused by MS.

    She went from being in a wheel chair for 4 years to riding a bike 5 miles every day after 1 year of following the specific dietary principles outlined in what she now calls, The Wahls Protocol.

    At it’s core The Wahls Protocol is centered loosely around the Paleo diet. She discovered the work of Dr. Loren Cordain but felt like she needed targeted nutrition that worked specifically with her condition of multiple sclerosis.

    During her years of research motivated by her desire to be able to function regularly again, she pinpointed 31 nutrients (vitamins and minerals) that specifically target key organs and glands in the body to help her condition. Because foods have buffer compounds, she prefers whole foods as the delivery vehicle for these nutrients rather than isolated supplements.

    And as such she talks about eating 9 cups of fruits and vegetables per day that can dramatically help repair a quality of life that’s been shattered by this disease.

    Kit Campbell joined us in the studio for her second show with us.

    Her first show was about a year ago (link to it is below) and this one was lots of fun. It was really fun to pick her brain about some of the health protocols she’s using to help her get healthier and healthier each and every day.

    Kit is currently on her book tour for her awesome book called The Irritable Brain Syndrome.

    We were able to connect and all meet in person in our studio to have this wonderful discussion.

    We talked about her latest research into candida, yeast infections and the possible connection to cancer. It was a fascinating talk about whether or not there’s just a connection between cancer and candida or if candida could be a cause of cancer or at least lead to it.
