NOTES FROM THE CALL:
On July 31st 2013, the Fifth Edition of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, also called the PMBOK Guide, became the basis for the Project Management Professional or PMP exam. This month’s PMP Study Group call continues the deep-dive into the PMBOK Fifth Edition or 5e. In this session, we will begin the focus on the Project Integration Management knowledge area, as we look at the first two processes that belong to the Project Integration Management knowledge area as laid out in the Fifth edition. Dana Safford, PMP, will provide insight and practical examples of everything you need to know to build your critical knowledge mass and pass the PMP exam on the first attempt.
