Our modern life is filled with questions about how to live at an optimal level. What are our best practices for our environment? Our planet? What about our own bodies? How do we achieve mental health, physical strength, and longevity? Social media needs to be part of this line of questioning. How should it be used? Can we find ways to utilize the platform to serve actual good?
