Pelvic Health and Fitness Podcast is hosted by Dayna Morellato (mom, orthopedic and pelvic health physiotherapist) and Rhonda Chamberlain (mom, orthopedic physiotherapist and pre/postnatal fitness coach).

On this show we have open and honest conversations about all phases of motherhood including fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond. We also provide helpful education and information on fitness, the pelvic floor and many aspects of women’s health including physical, mental and emotional wellness.

Diet culture is an all-consuming way to live - and we don’t want anyone to live their whole lives questioning what diet to do next. What Molly does, and the approach she takes, will be so helpful for many folks to learn about.

Molly Roberts

Molly Roberts is a mom, partner and Registered Dietitian building healthy relationships with food. With over 25 years of experience in nutrition counseling and group programs, Molly offers weight inclusive care to people seeking to make peace with food and their body. Molly is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. Having discovered new ways of thinking about nutrition, she continues to study the concept of Body Trust and also eating disorders. Molly works towards two goals: Food justice in the form of food security for everyone in Guelph, Ontario and sharing the ideas of Health At Every Size with people.

BASE provides simple and sustainable online workouts for moms through all stages of life.

Bronwyn Addico (she/her) is the owner of Balancing Birth to Baby, a support company for expecting and new parents that offers prenatal education and Doula support in Southern Ontario, Canada. She has been a Childbirth & Early Parenting Educator since 2015 and a Birth & Postpartum Doula since 2016.

After a difficult birth experience in 2013, she embarked on a journey to become a Birthing From Within childbirth mentor, and spent time in California in the Spring of 2016 to further her in-depth training.

She has supported more than 100 families during their births and early parenting journey. Bronwyn is also a single mother to two wonderful kids.

In this episode, Rhonda has the pleasure of chatting with her friend and colleague, Bree Nacarrato.

Bree is the owner of Loved Momma Fitness. She is also a CrossFit coach and also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

She has worked with the pre and postnatal population for almost three years before she gave birth to her second daughter who sadly was stillborn.

Since the death of her daughter in April 2021 she has begun working with loss mothers who have experienced tragic pregnancy or infant loss.

Bree recently launched her first return to exercise program, the Recovery After Loss Program, which is a completely trigger free, 6-month program that walks with mothers through both their physical and emotional healing.

We’re so grateful to Bree for sharing her story with us. We touch on a lot of topics in this episode including:
