Mentally Prepping for 2023

James: I thought I'd take this opportunity to do a quick episode on taking a look back at this year and looking ahead to next year. Cause it feels like a lot people I've spoken to in the last couple of weeks. So just feels like the year's kind of died out. Like everyone's kind of had enough. A lot of people have been ill.
