About Beau
Beau Beery has been in the commercial real estate business in Florida since 1999. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He also holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
In 2011, he teamed up with Todd Rainsberger, a successful commercial Realtor, to acquire an interest in Coldwell Banker Commercial M.M. Parrish Realtors in partnership with the Parrish family. There he was consistently ranked as the #1 multifamily producer in Florida for the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand and among the Top 5 in the nation every year before starting his own private multifamily brokerage firm in 2021.
He is regularly asked to speak at industry conferences and to private companies. Welcome back entrepreneurs, today we have Lee Yoder, Founder of Threefold Real Estate Investments. Lee is a man of faith, family man and full-time multifamily syndicator with 188 units. He has already gone full-cycle on his first multifamily investment and has a great deal of business and life wisdom to share!
Taking Fewer, Larger Steps
Lee did one flip – for him, that was enough! His wife, who was initially more skeptical of real estate investing pointed out that flipping didn’t provide the passive income that Lee had set as their goal. Instead of jumping into the net flip, their conversation led to a rethink that led to multifamily investing and then to syndication. By slowing down a little, it was possible to take larger steps and make it to where he currently is faster.
