Parenting Superheroes

~After working with over 500 families and 15 years of teaching preschool, I can tell you that by far, the #1 question from parents is "WHAT CAN WE DO AT HOME TO HELP OUR CHILD"?~Would you have guessed that there are way more important things your child needs to learn than their ABCs & 123s? Yup, I said it. AND did you know that as your child's first teacher, you have the honor of teaching them those "WAY MORE IMPORTANT THINGS"?~I am Gretchen Camp, your host of the Parenting Superheroes Podcast. I believe that we parent little superheroes in training. I believe that as their supermom, you want the best for your child, but often don't know "what" you should be doing to help them grow and develop. I believe that with our busy lives and endless get-to-do lists, we just want to put our heads on our pillows at night and feel like we didn't mess our kid up too much today. This podcast will take out the guesswork of the "what" & "how" to teach your child to help prepare them for preschool and kindergarten. Gretchen taught in the Arizona & Iowa public school setting for over 15 years. She also earned a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Gretchen (as her preschoolers called her) has 2 grown daughters and enjoys living in the country with her husband, her german shepherd dog, and 2 cats. Her favorite treat is a tie between Swedish Fish & Haribo Gummy Bears.
