Parent Pod

Parent Pod

Kathryn, Georgia, Marlee

We are three Kiwi Mums having real, honest chats about navigating parenthood. Like many others, we felt pretty lost at the beginning and really leant on each other during this crazy time! We are all avid podcast listeners (particularly during those night feeds and long pram walks) and felt that it would be awesome to have a space where we could find out all we needed to know about parenting as well as just having a bit of a chat! So we aim to bring you an expert or professional every other week to answer all of your parenting questions, from a pediatrician to sleep consultants, midwives to someone for all your toddler tantrum advice as well as some of your favorite mums to chat about all things parenting too. We want to share all the highs, lows and everything in between and if some of our lovely experts can help you out along the way, then all the better!

This episode is with Kelly Bruce from Caci Clinic. Kelly is a skin therapist and trainer at Caci in Otautahi.

We are sure you have all heard of or have visited one of the Caci Clinics across Aotearoa. They were first started in Auckland in 1994 specialising in skin care and treatment and now have over 50 locations across NZ, offering appearance medicine, skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal and body shaping.

They are passionate about ensuring everyone feels confident in their own skin, something that we can all struggle with when pregnant or breastfeeding, so Kelly is here today to talk to us about skin care, laser hair removal and injectables during these times.

Also, as you can hear the intro was recorded a couple of weeks ago and incase you missed it, Kathryn has welcomed her third son Bertie to her family.

Plus, we have a big update for you all xxx
