Lost At Sea - The Mysterious Death of George Smith

From August 2015 to July of 2016, the streets of Phoenix, particularly the Maryvale area, were terrorized by a serial killer that would randomly shoot at individuals, most often right outside of their own homes. The shootings were finally connected through witness descriptions of the shooter and ballistics evidence. Nine people lost their lives to this monster, including a 12 year old child.
