Chapter 22

The aftermath of Dalan’s intervention prompts an encounter with his Grandfather, at which point the young tiger relates his and Te’Ki’s suspicion about the Ka’al P’ack’s fate. Dalan also learns what price he may have to pay in order to not only regain his honor, but also to save his family.

His internal conflict doesn’t escape Te’Ki’s eye, who finally takes matters into her own hands to set her beloved tiger back on the right path...and begin a path of her own.
