Elder Rayford also explains what is meant by, "I am fully aware that God will do nothing in the earth except by the word of him to whom he has given dominion in the earth", the spoken word of man and being followed by the mystery light. We conclude with why he promised the Lord to "believe Him for the most incredible, unbelievable, out of logic, having no reason or rationale in what He is most liable to do, as long as His Word in no way indicated differently."
