Today's Episode
Welcome to the Open Seat Podcast! On today's episode, we welcome special guest and friend, Dylan Rudolph! Dylan is a 5th grade teacher, bringing knowledge of history and Greek Orthodoxy philosophies to our conversation today. Together, we unpack the ending of chapter 2 of 1 John, discussing "antichrists," the importance of knowing Christ, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We also emphasize the importance of abiding in Christ, which is becoming the common theme and application of John's letter.
Our Mission
We recognize that the Bible was written in languages full of richness and beauty. Our goal is to explore the beauty of the New Testament, written in Koine Greek, that can sometimes become obscured in English translations. We desire to bridge the gap of scholarship and make these conversations about Biblical Greek accessible to all curious people. Whether you have studied Greek for years or you are embarking on this journey today, all are welcome to take a seat at the Table.
