Chuck Zukowski and Heather Taddy are co-hosts of the Travel Channel’s new series Alien Highway. Along with Chuck’s son, Daniel, they are investigating paranormal incidents and hot spots. For the past 30 years, Chuck has been an IC Mask Design Engineering contractor. He’s been on microchip design teams working on projects as simple as optics for traffic light controllers, and as complex as Spy Satellites, Deep Space Probes, and LIDAR technology. Chuck was also a volunteer Deputy Sheriff for El Paso County Sheriff’s Department for eight years and was terminated for running animal mutilation investigations within his county. As a UFO/Paranormal Field Investigator, Chuck has been researching and Field Investigating the unknown for more than three decades. Heather Taddy starred on A&E’s hit television series “Paranormal State,” which chronicled investigations from the world-renowned college-run club at Pennsylvania State University, The Paranormal Research Society (PRS). Serving as the Team Documentarian, Taddy traveled across the country, helping and educating families experiencing paranormal activity. Showing no fear when it comes to the paranormal, Taddy is often seen on the series isolating her self in some of the world’s most notoriously haunted locations. In this episode, we talk about some of what we will see in the show, what it was like conducting investigations together and how their various paranormal interests relate to one another. Open Minds UFO Radio: In February 1942 the military opened fire on an object that flew over Los Angeles. The incident is referred to as the Battle of Los Angels and is best-known by the icon image of searchlights converging on an object while explosions from anti-aircraft fire erupt nearby. Researcher David Marler has researched this case, and when he puts together all of the facts, media stories from the time and government documents on the incident, it is more mysterious than ever. In this episode of David shares with us what he found and why this case remains unsolved. David is a UFO researcher and author. He’s had a lifelong interest in the subject of UFOs and joined the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) as a field investigator trainee in 1990. Since then he held several positions within MUFON before becoming an independent researcher. Dr. John Alexander is a retired senior Army officer with decades of experience with a wide range of phenomena. Traveling to all eight continents, he has encountered events that defy common explanation. A psychic adventurer, he practiced psychokinetic metal bending, fire walking, and caused a white crow to fly for the National Academy of Sciences. A founding board member of IRVA, he is a past-president of IANDS, and former SSE councilor. Straddling two worlds, he is also retired from Los Alamos National Laboratory, and served on studies with the National Research Council, the Army Science Board, the Council on Foreign Relations, NATO, and was a senior fellow of a DoD university. Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross headed his doctoral committee. In UFO circles he is known for investigating and writing about the phenomenon. During the 1980s, John organized an interagency group to explore the evidence, with participants from the military, CIA, and aerospace industry examining classic cases, including Roswell; the Gulf Breeze, Fla., photos; and unexplained incidents occurring within the U.S. strategic defense systems (such as sightings by NORAD installations), and many more. He shares his thoughts and research on UFOs in his book UFOs: Myths, Legends, and Realities. In this interview, we discuss his latest book Reality Denied: Firsthand Experiences with Things that Can't Happen - But Did. John shares personal experiences, including a UFO incident.
