Derick "Dizzy" Grant played basketball at The College of New Jersey from 2002-2005, and then played 8 years for the world famous Harlem Globetrotters. He now coaches and trains in the sport. Derick talks about how seeing the Harlem Globetrotters when he was 7 years old got him into basketball, why he chose TCNJ (where Bridget B.'s brother Kyle was his teammate), his fantastic career there in the tough NJAC conference, and how his hard work led him to get better every season, eventually earning him Conference Player of the Year. Derick then talks about how he became a member of the Harlem Globetrotters, the hard work and travel involved, hitting the first ever four-point shot on ESPN2, and appearing on TV shows. He discusses becoming an entrepreneur after his professional basketball career ended, and training successful basketball players, including Kyle Guy, Kelly Faris, Paul Jorgensen, Tyasha Harris, and Katlyn Gilbert. Derick details his strong relationship with Kyle Guy, his thought's during UVA's NCAA Title run in 2019, and why he is the one responsible for Guy's famous "man-bun".
